Cleaning packages

Subscription Policy and Initial Requirement

All new recurring service clients are required to begin with a Deep Cleaning to establish the foundational cleanliness necessary for maintenance packages.

Following the initial Deep Clean, clients may select one of the following maintenance frequencies:

• Weekly Service

• Bi-Weekly Service

• Monthly Service

Subscription Discount: Clients enrolled in any recurring package receive a 10% discount on the standard rate for every scheduled cleaning.

Example: If the standard Bi-Weekly Cleaning rate is $200, the package rate will be $180 per cleaning.
